Welcome to the Cruse North Wales. As an area we offer bereavement support, advice and information to children, young people and adults when someone dies. We offer this support in a variety of ways such as:


  • Face-to face support through the medium of Welsh, English, Polish, Italian, Spanish and BSL (British Sign Language)
  • Crisis Support 
  • Pre-bereavement information & support 
  • Children's & Young People's service 
  • Training & Courses 
  • Social Support Groups 
  • A wide range of bereavement related support material

The helpline is open Monday-Friday 9.30am-5pm (excluding bank holidays), with extended hours on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings until 8pm.
